<description>Implementación De Herramienta De Gestión Documental Y Su Efectividad En El Manejo De Expedientes Estudiantiles En El Instituto Gubernamental Técnico San Martín De Tegucigalpa En El 2021.
Aguilera Rivera, Heber De Jesus
The present investigation arises with the need to identify the processes that are carried out in the management of student files in the secretariat of the San Martin de Tegucigalpa Government Technical Institute, frequently presenting inconsistencies and problems in the actions related to the reception, location, and delivery of these, influencing the effectiveness of the activities carried out by the collaborators of the educational institution. Due to the above, the implementation of a document management tool is described that optimizes the handling of documents, improving the different processes that are carried out in the required information cycle and its impact on the number of documents processed and completed as well as the management of the time that collaborators take to carry out each of the tasks. For this research, a working hypothesis is proposed aimed at measuring the relationship between the use of technology in the implementation of a document management tool and the effectiveness of information management, being statistically verified for its correct acceptance or rejection. As the main result, a software tool was implemented that contributes to the improvement of the activities carried out in the management of student records, optimizing workflows and quality of service, particularly in the institution's secretariat; On the other hand, the processes carried out by the collaborators were measured by applying a pre-test and post-test, observing a notorious improvement in the effectiveness, efficiency and consequently in the effectiveness of the activities raised in the handling of the files students for each of the departments of the institution.

<description>Influencia De Los Estilos De Liderazgo En El Compromiso Organizacional De Los Colaboradores De La Universidad Nacional De Ciencias Forestales.
Raudales García, Elí Vicente
The objective of this research was to determine the influence of leadership styles on the organizational commitment of employees of the National University of Forest Sciences. The methodology used had a quantitative approach, non-experimental transversal design, and explanatory scope. An instrument based on the models of Bass and Aviolo (1997) and Mayer and Allen (1991) were used, with an internal consistency of Cronbach’s Alpha of α= 0.737 and α= 0.834, respectively. The study population consisted of 38 collaborators. The results indicate that there is a moderate positive correlation between leadership styles and organizational commitment (r = 0.425, R² = 0.169, p &lt; 0.05). Transformational leadership is the most predominant, representing an elevated level of 45%. Similarly, organizational commitment represents an elevated level of 50%. A moderate positive correlation was found between transformational leadership and organizational commitment (r = 0.445, R² = 0.172, p &lt; 0.05). A moderate positive correlation was also observed between transactional leadership and organizational commitment (r = 0.385, R² = 0.15, p &lt; 0.05). However, no significant correlation was found between laissez faire leadership and organizational commitment (r = -0.061, R² = 0.000, p &gt; 0.05). Therefore, it is concluded that leadership styles influence the organizational commitment of employees at the National University of Forest Sciences, especially transformational styles.

<description>Implementación Del Modelo De Gestión Para Resultados Y Su Relación Con El Desempeño Institucional En La Administración Pública De Honduras, En El Período 2020.
López Amador, Nancy Nohemy
A study was carried out whose purpose was to analyze the implementation of the Management Model for Results and its relationship with institutional performance in the Public&#13;
Administration of Honduras, in the period 2020, for this, a non-experimental and correlationalndesign was applied, in In which nine institutions participated that formed a pilot plan for the implementation of the management for results of the Honduran public sector, likewise, the Management Planning and Evaluation Units (UPEG) were taken as the unit of analysis, since these are the in charge of carrying out and coordinating planning in the institution. In compiling the information, the questionnaire with Likert scale-type measurement was used as an instrument for the variable management for results, which was made up of the dimensions: planning for results, budget for results, public financial management, management of programs&#13;
and projects , monitoring and evaluation, where it was established that the surveyed institutions reached an average of 130.11, which is within the 125-150 range, that is, an advanced level; Likewise, the institutional performance variable had the effectiveness, efficiency, economy and quality of service dimensions, reaching an average of 67.44, which is located within the rango 64-80, presenting a high level. Using as a reference the results obtained from the SPSS statistical program and the Pearson correlation scale (-0.044), the null hypothesis of the study was accepted, that is, that there is no direct relationship between the implementation of the Management Model for Results and performance in the 9 institutions of the Public Administration of Honduras that were part of the study, at least with the results obtained up to the first quarter of 2020, this because the variables in general presented high levels of design and execution; However, in the analysis of the dimensions of each variable, weaknesses were observed that end up being important when obtaining the results of each institution, for example, in the Program and Project Management dimension, the evaluation of projects prior to approval, lack of socialization of the portfolio of goods and services provided by the sector, meanwhile, in the Monitoring and Evaluation dimension, the information and monitoring systems managed by the institutions are weak, as well as the lack of criteria and established procedures for scheduling evaluations and analyzing results.

<description>Factores Socioeconómicos Y Demográficos Que Determinan La Compra De Vehículos Nuevos Para Clientes Reales Y Potenciales En El Distrito Central Durante El Primer Semestre Del 2020.
Guillen Deras, Walter Josue
The present research is related to the comparison of socioeconomic and demographic factors that influence the purchase of new vehicles in the Central District, with which we sought to verify if there is a difference between real customers and potential customers, who are included randomly. the number of people necessary to be surveyed, taking into account the general objective that analyzes these factors to analyze relevance, additionally comply with the specific objects where we seek to find the degree of influence and define a profile of the two types of clients, applying measurement instruments. measurement of variables such as a questionnaire, which was applied digitally for real clients, and a database was used for potential clients, the type of research is quantitative, with a numerical measurement for hypothesis testing, with a non-experimental type, transversal correlation-causal type. This research provides a more complete perspective on the challenge that companies face in the competitive vehicle sales market, in a globalized environment, these companies constantly seek ways to strengthen themselves and remain solid. The findings of this study offer broad insight that can help companies develop effective strategies to attract customers. By comparing two groups studied, a starting point is obtained to understand the needs of people when purchasing a new vehicle in the Central District.
