<description>Evaluación De Herramienta Para Gestión De Cambios Y Su Incidencia En La Satisfacción De Los Clientes Internos Y Los Tiempos De Respuesta Del Área De Facturación En Empresa De Telecomunicaciones, 2021.
David Romero, Evan Fabricio
This research work arose from the need identified in the organization in the process of system changes in the billing area of the Telecommunications company, since there were many incidents related to the aforementioned process taking place in this area. This research aims to measure the level of satisfaction that internal customers initially have who make change requests to the Invoicing area of the Telecommunications company, in addition, it is intended to identify the level of satisfaction of the internal customer that can be achieved with an improvement in the change management process of the aforementioned area and another point that is intended is to determine the relationship between the response times of the requests from internal customers before and after the improvement of the change management process in the company's Billing area of Telecommunications. For this research, two hypotheses are proposed, which are related to the independent variable, which has to do directly with the way in which the change management process is handled in the Invoicing area and the dependent variables, which are the internal customer satisfaction and response times. As a main result, it was possible to measure the level of satisfaction that internal customers initially had, which can be concluded that it was negative, then it was possible to identify that with the improvement of the change management process the level of satisfaction became positive, finally It was possible to determine the relationship between the response times before and after the improvement of the change management process carried out in the Billing area of the Telecommunications company.

<description>Estudio De Viabilidad Y Factibilidad Para La Creación De Una Empresa Dedicada A La Venta De Productos Tecnológicos Reacondicionados En Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
González Canales, Gustavo Adolfo
This document shows the study to determine the viability and feasibility of creating a company dedicated to the sale of refurbished technological products in the city of Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and as a consequence of mandatory confinement, many companies and schools adopted telework and online education, which generated the need to acquire technological products such as desktop computers, laptops, and tablets. Given the situation described above, more economical technological alternatives are being studied to meet these needs, giving way to this type of generic products that become a solid substitute for new technological products, mainly because of their price. Through various studies carried out in this research, important results have been obtained: The market study identified that the target population for the entrepreneurship project is determined by the economically active urban population (PEA) of Francisco Morazán between the ages of 25 to 45 years old, the market share will be 8.75%, with an average annual offer of 1,631 units of Tablet, laptop, and portable; the prices will be L5,747, L10,846, and L11983, respectively, which will be updated annually according to the growth of prices. It is expected to obtain revenues of L18,471,348 in year 1 and up to L23,251,923 in year 5. Likewise, the level of acceptance represents 74%, with a purchase frequency of one device per year. The technical study determined that technically, the best location is chosen through a weighting table and a maximum production of 6 devices per day is determined by the installed capacity. The organizational study provided that in administrative terms, 7 people are required and the hierarchical organizational structure is established; the sales tax law (ISV) in Honduras benefits the trade of these products because they are considered used, as this tax is not charged. The financial study showed the results of the main financial indicators such as: the Net Present Value (NPV) is L3,362,418, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 35.82%, the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) is 11.14%, the Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR) is 1.79, and the discounted Investment Recovery Period (IRP) is 3 years and 20 days, certifying the feasibility of the project. The social impact study determined that socially, a significant contribution is expected in reducing the digital divide in Tegucigalpa, with the inclusion of people with limited resources who need technological products at affordable prices and care for the environment. The results obtained above demonstrate that the entrepreneurship is viable and feasible to be carried out from the year 2023.

<description>Estudio De Viabilidad Y Factibilidad Para La Creación De Un Centro De Reforzamiento Escolar Para Niños, Con Bajo Rendimiento Académico En El Nivel Básico, De Las Instituciones Educativas Del Distrito Central
Amaya Ramos, Brenda Yessenia.
The research has been carried out in order to know the feasibility and viability of the creation of a School Reinforcement Center in the Central District, for students with low academic performance from private schools. &#13;
To check if the project is viable, the corresponding studies have been carried out, starting from a market study, in which an unsatisfied demand was found that has not been covered by the current supply. The technical study was carried out to determine the project's capacity to meet a certain percentage of the unsatisfied demand and to analyze and verify the existence of the material and human resources to provide the service. Similarly, the Organizational and Legal Aspects study was carried out to verify that the company can be established. The economic-financial study was carried out to determine the profitability of the project and the risks involved in its execution. Being an education-oriented project, the project has a social impact in terms of contributing to the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals, this is reflected in the social impact study of the project.

<description>Estudio De Viabilidad Y Factibilidad Para El Procesamiento Y Comercialización De Gel Desinfectante De Manos Con Sábila (Aloe Vera) En Olanchito, Yoro.
Núñez Steiner, José Lisandro.
According to Future Market Insights (FMI) (2018) in a study titled“Aloe vera gel market: Global Industry Analysis (2013 – 2017) &amp; Opportunity Assessment (2018 – 2027)”, states,“the Aloe vera extracts are gaining terrain as an essential ingredient in foods, cosmetics and pharmaceutical products”. The use of Aloe verahas been generalized in Honduras and the community of Olanchito in taking the leaves directly from the plant and apply it on the skin for healing wounds and relief from burns. Some years ago new researches have surfaced great discoveries about Aloe vera and this has promoted its uses on the pharmacological industry, the cosmetic industry and the food industry. The hand sanitizer gel is a crucial product at the time to prevent diseases, epidemics and pandemics as a biosecurity measure. Due to its effectivity to eliminate viruses and bacteria quickly and without the need of rinse. In the city of Olanchito, Yoro and its surroundings there is a market that as the rest of the country, is experimenting globalization. This can influence in new habits and ways to prevent diseases like the use of hand sanitizer. For that reason, is that this type of innovative business is proposed, an investment project for the transformation of a primary material such as Aloe vera and turn it into an added value by producing a hand sanitizer that will contribute with the health or the people, as well as hopefully bring utilities to the associates of this enterprise. Aloe vera by its own has antiviral, antibacterial, humectant properties and has vitamins A, C, E, B1, B2, B3, B6 and B12, folic acid, minerals, among others that favor skin care. The market study allowed to identify the main brands used in Olanchito, Yoro like Purell, Dial and Mac Del, as the size preferences (30 mL and 400 mL) and prices that the people on the sample were willing to pay. Also, an economically active population was found disposed to these kinds of products. The production plant will be in the city of Olanchito, Honduras this asset has spacious dimensions like ceiling, electrical installation, drinking water, sanitary sewer and ventilation. Production equipment and supplies for the processing of disinfectant gel and Aloe vera leaves can be obtained and locally. With an operating platform, this company could then diversify into Aloe-based product lines because it laid the foundations for processing it. The project has a very slight investment in production equipment and personnel training. The most suitable location for its installation was selected. Requires an investment of L. 304,851.56 According to projections, its Profitability Index (PI) is 3.25, its Net Present Value (NPV) reaches L. 700,757.99 and its Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 80%. Therefore, it was analyzed that this microenterprise is operationally and economically feasible.
