Estudio De Factibilidad Para La Creación De Un Restaurante De Comida Picante En La Ciudad De Tegucigalpa, M.D.C.

Abstract

This document addresses one of the main needs that seek to be satisfied in our country, and it is the need for food, but with a twist that seeks to satisfy, in addition, that empty space that makes people add spicy to their meals either with spices, sauces, pickles and even directly consuming the fruits or roots that cause this sensation but that in turn enhance the flavor in meals. In the investigation, the amount of demand that is covered will be determined and the foundations will be laid to create a spicy food restaurant in the city of Tegucigalpa. Being a new product, different in essence from those existing in the food sector, an analysis of consumer preferences is carried out to determine if it will be accepted in the market, aspects such as location, size of the premises and other technical aspects relevant to the creation of a restaurant are studied, organizational structure and legal aspects that facilitate the management of the restaurant are defined, in addition, an analysis of the economic factors inherent in the creation of a restaurant is carried out such as the initial investment, working capital, costs and expenses and a financial analysis of these is carried out to determine the feasibility of the project, allowing to know the cash flows that the restaurant will have and period of return of the investment. Finally, the benefits that Honduran society will obtain if the investment is made, and it is decided to create a spicy food restaurant in the city of Tegucigalpa are raised.
