Abstract

The objective of this project is to evaluate the viability of establishing a typical food restaurant in the Central District, focusing on the period between 2024 and 2028. Our business proposal seeks to offer the community an authentic and high-quality gastronomic experience, promoting the rich culinary tradition of the region. In this context, we pose the following research question: Is it feasible to create a typical food restaurant in the Central District, which offers authentic and quality dishes, satisfying the demand of the population and generating a positive economic return for the residents? investors? To answer this question, carry out an exhaustive market analysis that includes the evaluation of the existing demand for typical food in the area, the profile of potential customers and the competition in the local gastronomic sector. Likewise, a financial analysis was carried out that addresses operating costs, the initial investment required and income projections. Our proposal focuses on offering not only a restaurant service, but an experience that celebrates the culture and culinary tradition of the Central District. With the commitment to meet the expectations of our clients and contribute to local economic development, this feasibility study is essential to determine the viability of our project.
