Estudio De Viabilidad Y Factibilidad Para La Creación De Una Empresa Recicladora De Hierro Como Materia Prima En Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

Abstract

The present investigation consists of determining the viability and feasibility for the creation of an iron recycling company, whose product will be commercialized with the exporting company "Diamante", located in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. The company will be located in Colonia Cerro Grande Zona 4, kilometer 4 on the highway to Olancho, next to Aguazul, in the Central District. The market study evaluated small and medium-sized raw material collectors to determine supply and demand. In this area, a 50% share of the iron market was obtained. During the first year, the demand will be 3,102,075 pounds of iron, which was projected with a growth rate of 1.042% during the first five years, so that, through the study carried out, the viability of the company could be demonstrated. Another of the studies was the technical one, which determined the location of the plant, whose location will be in Colonia Cerro Grande Zona 4, kilometer 4 on the road to Olancho, next to Aguazul, which has a series of characteristics that guarantee its safety and great positioning, all this in order to design the flow of the appropriate product with the technical specifications of our client, from the collection and separation of solid iron and can type iron. Likewise, the design of the plant allowed us to carry out a study of the organizational structure, from job profiles, salary projections and labor contributions, organization charts, payroll and recruitment design; determining in this way and according to this study, the feasibility for the creation of the company. Through the financial statements, the company reflects a profit from the first year, as well as a large break-even point margin, showing the great economic impact it can achieve. The financial analysis concluded that the company is profitable. In this sense, the company will contribute to the care of the environment, since, by recycling iron, the ecosystem will benefit from the reduction of pollutants.
