dc.description.abstract The present study aimed to analyze the relationship between resilience, stress and burnout syndrome in the health personnel of the Manuel de Jesús Subirana Hospital, Yoro. The methodology used was quantitative, with a descriptive-correlational design. Three information collection instruments were used: The Burnout Screening Inventory Scale (BSI), Perceived Stress Scale - Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-14), Wagnild's Resilience Scale (ER-14). The sample consisted of 131 participants, where the inclusion criteria consisted of the people in the study being over 18 years of age, distributed among specialist doctors, general practitioners, nursing graduates, nursing assistants, among others. According to the results obtained, at the time of correlating the perceived stress with the Burnout syndrome, it says that people who obtain a high level of stress, have a low probability of presenting Burnout. On the other hand, by correlating resilience with perceived stress, and, although it is out of expectations in the study, people who score high levels of stress, have significant values in terms of resilience. In addition, by correlating stress with factor I competition and factor II self-acceptance, they indicate that high levels of stress are related to low levels of resilience es
