Dinámica de inclusión de jóvenes que ni estudian ni trabajan en programas de empleo, Honduras periodo 2015-2019

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the dynamics of inclusion of young people who neither study nor work the employment program Con Chamba Vivís Mejor, in the Municipality of the Central District 2015-2019, framing to this the specific objectives that allowed to describe the program and the process of inclusion of the young people who nini and the perception they have about the employment programs. based on the theory of human development as it is the most pertinent on the subject of young people and their freedoms, a legal framework will be used to support this analysis; the methodology is qualitative with an eidetic or descriptive study and a phenomenological design. At work, a cognitive public policy framework was used, from a Human Rights perspective, the sources of the research are primary and secondary, the analysis is based on what Miles and Huberman propose with the following steps: reduction, transformation and conclusions, having the following results, most of the employment programs that the State of Honduras has are exclusive for young NEETs due to the series of requirements that they ask to be part of them, highlighting the educational level that they demand. It causes NEETs to have a bad perception of employment programs due to the marginalization they feel when looking for a job opportunity. The structural variables have a significant weight in the configuration of the development of opportunities, consequently, it is determined as a serious public problem for the young NEETs because they do not achieve full human development
