dc.description.abstract This study is aimed at designing a theoretical model as a conceptual framework to explain the interrelationship between the use of Information and Communication Technologies and their impact on the strategy of Corporate Social Responsibility, from the perspective of Mitchell Agle & Woodde's Stakeholder Theory in the regional centres of the National Autonomous University of Honduras in the years 2021-2022. This research has a quantitative correlational approach with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The data collection process used a previously validated Likert scale instrument applied to 242 case studies, and was complemented with an open interview to identify and classify the relevant stakeholders at the university. SPSS software was used for data processing and analysis, and Spearman's correlation coefficient was used for correlational analysis. The results obtained show that the use of Information and Communication Technologies has a positive and considerable correlation with the Corporate Social Responsibility strategy of the National Autonomous University of Honduras. In this research, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) was analysed considering the economic, social and environmental dimensions and the technological dimension was incorporated as a relevant and necessary element considering the digital transformation processes that organisations are currently undergoing within the framework of the technological revolution. Likewise, the university's SR strategy needs to be an inclusive and global institutional one with a cross-cutting approach that complements the macro vision set out in the CSR policy. It should be noted that it is necessary to develop a process of awareness-raising and sensitisation of students in relation to CSR in order to ensure that it is addressed when they are integrated into society. es
