Abstract:
The objective of this thesis, to obtain a master's degree in business administration, is to present the effects it has on the Profitability of Automotive Service Workshops in Tegucigalpa, the application of their Administration under the philosophy of Continuous Improvement known like Kaizen, Japanese word, based on a theoretical framework of previous studies, as well as quantitative, descriptive and correlational field research. Collection of data and the analysis of results helps us to verify the hypotheses raised and to answer the questions of this research, as well as to see the reason for the marked difference in the profitability of the different workshops, to finally present the conclusion final statement that states the positive effect of the Administration focused on continuous Improvement in the Automotive Service Workshops in Tegucigalpa.
