Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the viability and feasibility for the creation of a Consulting Company Specialized in Management and Organizational Development for MiPymes in San Pedro Sula for the year 2023. The service contemplates a set of processes and strategies to improve the operation of micro, small and medium-sized companies, in order to carry out a process of análisis and change to improve effectiveness, skills, performance and knowledge. Through the market study, data was collected and analyzed to identify how many individuals or companies develop consultancies to companies, how is the demand for management and organizational development, the price that service applicants are willing to pay, the feasibility of establishing this type of company in the market. The research design is non-experimental, the non-probabilistic method was used for convenience, the sample size is 384 MiPymes. The project is viable. The payback period is 2.38 years. Carrying out a sensitivity analysis, the project is still viable.
