Resumen:
The following chronology recognizes the central role and importance of maintaining prosperous and inclusive rural territories, as they represent an important source of income and food for the region, so, the results of the research presented in this thesis paper, is under scientific information, taking as a pattern what experienced in developed countries, where the application of precision agriculture is based on the research topic. Based on the above a form was made using as a methodology of data collection of the survey, which was applied at the National level, and outlined some of the most frequented problems that were weed control, pests, excess of chemicals in harvests, high input costs and climate change, so the analysis of the results extracts an indicator that demonstrates an unattended market segment, to their needs, adding that although each farmer knows the importance of
conserving the soil to have a crop with high nutrients and a productive harvest, not all have the inputs to perform these analyses, but are made under expert judgment. Therefore, it is imperative to create a process that implements methodologies with predefined indicators, which travel to a centralized database to generate decision-making measures that are in line with the crop analyzed by each Honduran farmer, either before, during or after harvest. Therefore, this research proposes to make a bet and accelerate digitization in the
agricultural sector, to capitalize and maintain economic, social, environmental benefits, and governance of the sector.
