dc.description.abstract	This research project arises from the identified need of accounting, financial and tax problems faced by independent professionals, specifically those based in the Central District. A quantitative research has been carried out to collect information to support the identified problem and from that to offer a solution that meets the needs of the clients. The results showed that independent professionals have major problems with tax returns, accounting records and financing; many of them are willing to receive complete professional advice, for that reason the alternative is an accounting, financial and tax consulting firm for independent professionals in the Central District.	es
