Abstract

This research project arises from the identified need of accounting, financial and tax problems faced by independent professionals, specifically those based in the Central District. A quantitative research has been carried out to collect information to support the identified problem and from that to offer a solution that meets the needs of the clients. The results showed that independent professionals have major problems with tax returns, accounting records and financing; many of them are willing to receive complete professional advice, for that reason the alternative is an accounting, financial and tax consulting firm for independent professionals in the Central District.
