Resumen:
This thesis entitled feasibility study for the creation of a Cyber in Colonia Iberia, Central District, which is based on the problem of limited access to these Information and Communication Technologies, which today are so necessary for the population in general and especially for students, who do not have access to them. The educational institutions of the Central District are in a slow process, in terms of modernizing ICT tools, this due to the high rates of poverty and inequality that the country has. The research aims to develop the feasibility study for the creation of a Ciber, allowing students of all school levels to have access to ICT. This through a quantitative approach, making use of bibliographical reference, interviews and a survey as a measurement instrument; The population under study is made up of students enrolled in educational centers in the community where the project will be installed and in the neighboring neighborhoods. It was obtained as a result that 98% of the respondents would like a Cyber to be installed in their community and 90% are willing to attend it. Likewise, it was possible to quantify and determine the market supply and demand, as well as its participation, using a pessimistic market niche of 5%. The project will be located in the Central District, in a community close to several educational centers. Regarding financial indicators such as VAN, TIR, Reason B-C, and PRI, they show a positive outlook for the project, which turns out to be feasible and profitable.
