Abstract:
The purpose of the applied research work is to elaborate the sales procedures manual of Print Honduras in the city of Tegucigalpa, in the municipality of the Central District; to address the problems in the development of the functions of the sales department of the company. The main objective of this study is to analyze the sales procedures and identify the fundamental components that should be in a manual. To achieve this, theories of administration, human relations and sales management were used. The research was developed using a mixed design methodology. One of the variables evaluated was the current situation of Print Honduras sales procedures. The study used the analysis categories of organizational structure, laws and regulations, and monitoring and follow-up. Information was collected through surveys, checklists, questionnaires, and interviews with the company's clients and employees. Print Honduras has an objective and accurate view of customer satisfaction. However, employees perform their functions in sales procedures with empirical knowledge. Since there is no process of induction and socialization of objectives and goals, there is a lack of formality in terms of defining employees' roles and positions. Although customer satisfaction is important, it is necessary to implement follow-up strategies in inventory controls, quality standards and encourage continuous improvement to optimize sales processes.
