Resumen:
The relationship between caregiver syndrome, depressive symptomatology and resilience in caregivers of children diagnosed with neurodevelopmental disorders enrolled in the special education school Emilia D’Cuire is analyzed in a non-experimental correlational study with a sample of 42 caregivers. To obtain the results, a sociodemographic data sheet, the Zarit caregiver burden scale, the Resilience Scale (ER-14) and the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) were applied and compiled in a database in JAMOVI 2.3.28. As results, of the 42 people evaluated, 78.6% reported an absence of burnout syndrome, 23.8% minimum depressive symptomatology, and 57.1% very high resilience. This concludes that respondents with greater resilience are less likely to develop caregiver syndrome and less depressive symptomatology and that respondents with a greater caregiver burden due to tasks and time spent in the caregiver role, show greater depressive symptomatology.
