Abstract

This study investigates the feasibility, viability and development of a company specialized in providing financial and strategic consulting services to all small and medium-sized companies in the Central District, capital city of Honduras. First, the conceptual framework is described, in which theoretical distinctions are made and the fundamental concepts that will be used throughout the study are compiled, systematized, and presented. Next, the project description is carried out, the objectives are stated and the market to be served is examined. Finally, the technical aspects of the characteristics of the company and its management are discussed in depth, and the organizational structure and its policies are developed. Throughout the document, this study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the project and present the case for its implementation in order to deliver support to the economy and foster regional development.
