Abstract:
The feasibility and viability study for the investment project of the producer society in the livestock sector. Association of Producers of livestock of Comayagua, S. de RL, aims to organize livestock farmers in the Santa Cruz region, Minas de Oro Comayagua, in a Limited Liability Company, in order to develop high yields from the production of cattle, through training management, in terms of applying the semi-stable production method, cost-benefit analysis, production records and animal health, access to markets, price negotiations and price differentiation. This project will last 5 years; the market study determines what is possible to carry out, since it has an unmet potential demand of 1.83%, which is equivalent to 183 cattle annually, for the Corral Agroindustrial, and 23% (11 cattle), to cover the demand from the urban area of Minas de Oro, Comayagua. The technical feasibility is demonstrated, given that there are inputs for the production of livestock in the national market, technology, and human talent, which is located in the Santa Cruz Village, Minas de Oro, Comayagua, and which will contribute to improve occupancy levels in the area. From the legal point of view, the creation of the Association is feasible, since it can manage all the requirements established in the various institutions, stories such as the Chamber of Commerce and Industries of Tegucigalpa (CCIT), the Revenue Administration Service ( SAR), the Municipality of the Central District (AMDC), the Honduran Social Security Institute (IHSS), to the Private Contribution Regime (RAP); the necessary investment of the project is to be L. 1,845,886.72, which will be financed by 95%, obtaining an internal rate of return of 32%, being this higher than the minimum acceptable rate of return and with a recovery period of 3 years , 5 months and 26 days. In accordance with the foregoing, the Association of Producers of Cattle of Comayagua, S. de R.L has commercial, technical, legal, organizational and financial feasibility.
