Planeación Estratégica Institucional En Base A La Teoría Prospectiva Y Uso Del Software Mic-Mac En La Universidad Nacional Autónoma De Honduras (Unah).

Abstract

This research work aims to answer the following question that always arises in university work: How should strategic planning be done through prospective methodologies? In response to the question, a prospective planning strategy is proposed based on Michel Godet's theory using specialized software of Crossed Impact Matrices - Applied Multiplication for a Classification (MIC-MAC) that allows evaluating possible images of the future. and decide on those to which any strategic action of an institutional nature would bet, for this purpose, the application of the analysis tools of the strategic prospective model developed by Godet allow exploring multiple futures to optimize decision making, even more so if in the present interacts in a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats). From this perspective, the MIC-MAC tool shows result tables that allow decisions on long-term planning, in this sense, the research work based on Godet's theory aims to show the process of developing a prospective institutional strategic plan.
