Abstract

The present investigation carried out in the Directorate of Entry, Permanence and Promotion (DIPP) of the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH) represents the opportunity to significantly and sustainably improve the operation of this direction; After having undergone great technological changes since its inception, there is no doubt that the basic needs have not changed much, thus simplifying its operation and providing a better service to students and teachers who need to carry out their procedures in The DIPP becomes a current issue together with the diagnosis and analysis for continuous improvement as a basic element to keep its services current and updated. Today, the resources of the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH), despite being finite, provide the best opportunities to make these improvements, which after carrying out this analysis are seen as opportunities and facilitators that make their implementation feasible. execution, improving the service itself, but also, the work environment and the quality of professional life of those who work in it, all this observed in the results that the different statistical methodologies mention as it is in the book of Research Methodology of Dr. Roberto Sampieri and the analysis through the SWOT methodology, allowing the identification of elements such as the ability to implement different technologies to optimize processes that positively impact all aspects of management.
