Abstract:
The Ciudad Mujer Program is one of the most outstanding initiatives by recent governments in Honduras because it has strenghtened the gender issue, offering through de Ciudad Mujer Centers (CCM) comprehensive specialized care for women. That is why it is extremely important to continue working for the improvement and standardization in the customer service processes for the optimization of its institutional work, ensuring the efficient administration of the assigned resources so that the impact in terms of number of cares is sustainable overtime. Being a link for the integral development of Honduran women, the MAE is made up of the following public institutions: SENPRENDE, INFOP, PPCS, SEDUC, RNP, and STSS, who are the actors involved under one roof. Through these institutiones there is an opportunity to contribute through this applied research work supported by methodological actions of quantitative approach, with a descriptive scope and non-experimental design where the analysis of the study variables will be carried out in a transversal way in order to obtain input that promotes a paradigm shift in public service by providing quality care, warmth, optimized and subjected to processes for continous improvement, With the standardization of the services offered through the MAE, the use of available resources is given to transform the lives of Honduras women. This way, fulfilling the institutional goal and mission of Ciudad Mujer Program in Honduras.
